Born in Orlando, Florida on June 9, 1963, Bertha and Tyrone Green Sr. were joyfully blessed of the birth of their son Dwight Edwin Green Sr.
Dwight was educated in the Seminole and Orange County School Board Systems of Florida and the Monroe County School Board System of Rochester, New York. At the start of his adult life, in becoming a responsible young man, Dwight's first job was with Popeyes Chicken. He was so excited and was employed there for many years. Later in life, he was also employed with the Airwick Professional Products of Longwood, FL, the City of Altamonte Springs, FL, the Town of Eatonville, FL, and until his sudden demise, with the City of Oviedo, FL, of which he was a dedicated hardworking employee for several years. Dwight submitted his life to God at an early age, but as an adult he re-dedicated his life to Christ under the pastoral leadership of Rev. Enoch Rivers and became a sincerely faithful member of the New Salem Missionary Baptist Church of Maitland, FL. Dwight was widely known as a person who loved singing and was nominated as President of the first established Male Chorus of his church. He was a lead singer in 3 choirs and a charitable member of the Brotherhood Ministry, which filled him with so much joy. Whenever he saw a need or task to be done within his church or for anyone in his surrounding communities, he would eagerly & willingly help, in whatever capacity without being asked.
In addition to being a faithful servant, Dwight found tremendous pleasure in playing pool. He boastfully welcomed anyone who felt bravely enough to dare challenge him. Being a self-proclaimed singer, he also found much happiness in karaoke, of which he was quite a performer. Least not forget that he famed in being an amateur photographer, anxiously jumping at a chance to exercise his skill whenever an opportunity presented itself. Out of the goodness of his heart, he provided that service to many family members, friends and referred persons, for their many various special occasions. However, the quality of his work would be so good, that many would insist on giving him a contribution.
