Constance Berry White EWING - Constance Berry White, 89 of Ewing, NJ departed this life on Sunday, February 21, 2016 at Capital Regional Medical Center. Born in Trenton, NJ, Mrs. White was a lifelong are a resident.
She was a 1943 graduate of Lincoln Junior High School and a 1946 graduate of Trenton Central High School. She continued her education at West Virginia University receiving a BA Degree in 1950. She taught Art Junior High School #5 before moving to Trenton Central High School where she remained until retirement. She was a member of the Islamic Center of Ewing. She was also a member of the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority.
Predeceased by her parents, Cornelius V. and Maggie L. Berry; brothers, Varian and Milton Berry; a sister, Gloria Gibson; an aunt, Anna Mae Jones; a niece, Judy Van Pelt and a cousin, Shirley Pitts surviving are a son, James E. White, Esq.; a daughter-in-law, Fatou Diallo White; a special friend, John Stephens; four grandchildren, Mouhamed, Awa, Ibrahim and Khadijah White; a sister-in-law, Georgia Berry; Nieces and nephews, Lori Norman (Desi), Melissa Berry, Aja Norman, Donald Jones, Sr. (Annette), Donald Jones, Jr. and Brandon Jones; cousins, Derrick (Linda), Neil , Sr. (Patricia), Neil, Jr. (Marcella), Robynn and Julia Pitts; Todd Dobbins and Earline Baker.
Janazah Services will be Tuesday (Today) at 1:30pm at Campbell Funeral Chapel 1225 Calhoun St. Trenton, NJ Interment will be in Ewing Cemetery
