Prince George Bagration of Mukhrani or Giorgi Bagration-Mukhraneli, was the titular head of the House of Mukhrani, a collateral branch of the former royal dynasty of Bagration. He was the son of Prince Alexander Bagration of Mukhrani and Princess Maria Golovatcheva. He was married in 1908 to Helena Sigismundovna Złotnicka-Nowina (1886–1979), whose Georgian mother Princess Mariam Eristavi of Ksani, was a remote descendant of the eighteenth century Georgian king, Erekle II.

His remains were brought back to Georgia in 1995 and interred at the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral at Mtskheta.
