She was born May 13, 1937, in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of Delno and Sarah Brown Munn. She was a former member of Fairhaven Church, Centerville. She retired as a registered nurse. She is survived by a daughter, Dawn Martin, a son, Derek Tod Wheeler, six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, a sister-in-law, Dorene Wheeler, two brother-in-laws, Joseph Wheeler, and Warren Wheeler, and by numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Snyder Wheeler, and a son, Scott Wheeler, a sister-in-law, Emma Jean Hughes, and by a brother-in-law, Wayne Wheeler. Marlene will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Private graveside services were held at the convenience of the family in Spring Valley Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions were made to a favorite charity in her memory. Condolences may be made to the family at www.NeeldFuneralHome.com.
