Lynwood attended Boonsboro High School. He was employed at PEPCO retiring in 2004. Lynwood was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was very passionate about his family and enjoyed spending time with them.
He is survived by his wife Melody Jane Coulter; five daughters, Theresa Norris, Tammy Ellis, Pamela Porter, Tarra Efkarpidis and Leanne Watson; three sons, Lynwood "Woody" Coulter, Jr., William Miller and Aaron Gordon; two sisters, Patsy Baker and Kathy Lanham; brother, David Coulter; 20 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Melissa Kamara and brother, Edward Coulter.
Private services will be held with the Immediate family. Interment will be in the Mountain View Cemetery, Sharpsburg, MD.
