MANSFIELD: Dawn Humphrey suddenly joined her mother and sister in heaven on March 30, 2020 at the age of 65. She was born September 14, 1954 in East Liverpool, OH to parents John Wesley and Martha Grace (Buchholz) Crago, however, made Mansfield, Ohio her home.

Dawn served her community hospitals and nursing homes as an LPN for over 30 years before retiring. Being passionate about helping others, she continued to work for Goodwill, Community Action Center of Richland County and Ohio District Area on Aging until she went home to be with the Lord.

Dawn was a generous and forgiving soul who dedicated her life to caring for her family and being a friend to others. She was a proud survivor of breast cancer and an inspiration to those who knew her. Dawn was an avid reader who enjoyed family gatherings, shopping and loved attending events just to have fun and dress up.

Dawn was survived by her five children, Crystal (Steve) Jensen of Clinton Twp, Michigan, Leroy Wright, Billie Jean (Robert Earl) McDonald, and James (Brittany) McDonald of Mansfield, Ohio and LaTresisha “Trish” Fry of Columbus, Ohio; 12 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, brothers Eugene Drummond, Raymond, William, Jimmy and John Crago Jr, sisters Eva Price, Teresa Wright and Rose Crago Roach, brother-in-law Russell BeMiller, and lifelong friend Sonya Osborne.

She was proceeded in death by her parents John and Martha, sister Eleanor BeMiller, and lifelong friend, John Fry Sr.

Our family sends a warm thank you for your comforting words and genuine acts of kindness in our time of sadness. Your prayers, hugs, food, flowers, and cards provided heartfelt comfort.

Dawn loved Hummingbird and Butterfly Bushes and the family would welcome anyone to help them decorate her yard with those bushes. Please have them sent to 315 4th Ave. Mansfield 44905
