Valued and loved sister of Christopher McNeil of Quincy. Granddaughter of the late Dorothy R. and John J. Rooney, Anna McNeil of South Boston and the late John J. McNeil. Former wife of David Rich of Plymouth. Lovingly missed by her aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
