Peacefully passed away on November 3, 2016, at the Hebrew Home in Rockville, MD. She was one of 12 children born to Harry and Ruby Clipper, of Seneca, Maryland. She leaves to mourn three daughters; six grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; two sisters-in-Law, and a host of cousins, family, and friends. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at Seneca Community Church, 13900 Berryville Road, Germantown, MD from 10 a.m. until funeral service at 11 a.m. Arrangements entrusted to Snowden Funeral Home.
