Gary was born on July 28, 1939 in Ottumwa, Iowa to Winfield H. and Selma (Rosenbalm) Frazier. He married Marlys Mimnaugh in 2001. Gary drove a semi-truck for many years and later drove a tour bus and a school bus. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and a member of the Story City American Legion. Gary enjoyed building model aircraft carriers, old western movies and making photo albums.
He is survived by his wife, Marlys Frazier of Story City; sons, Rick Perry of Florida and Ian (Rebecca) Frazier of Bailey, CO; three step sons, Neil Kegley of Jefferson, Patrick Hilliard and Mike Hilliard both of Des Moines; two stepdaughters, Pam Boylan (Bill) of Cummings and Rachel McCann of Des Moines; 16 grandchildren; a great grandchild and a sister, Brenda Scott of Ottumwa.
Gary was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Linda Halverson.
