He served in Army during Korean Conflict; and had retired from Texas Eastern Gas Corp. after 26 years of employment. Loyce was a 50 year member of Oakland City Masonic Lodge #467, also he attended Forsythe United Methodist Church.
And was preceded in death by his wife Clarice Ann Williams 2010.
He is survived by daughters; Caren (Terry) Richeson of Oakland City, Connie Deen of Winslow, IN. Grandchildren; Misty (Ryan) Coleman, Mindy Hyatt and Tyler Richeson, great grandchildren Elijah, Samuel Coleman and Abby Flores; great-great grandchild Genesis Flores. Sister Joyce Jones of Jerseyville, IL, brothers Robert (Darlene) Williams of Royal Center, IN. and Alford (Allen) Williams of New Iberia, LA.
Due to current circumstances a private graveside service will take place at the Williams Cemetery near Oakland City. Arrangements by Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel .
