Mr. Teeples was a high priest in Wandemere Ward, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
He was born May 10, 1870 at Holden, Millard County, a son of Randolph and Harriet Betsy Cook Teeples. On November 11, 1930, he married Laura Goodrich in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
Mr. Teeples was an elevator operator at 32 Exchange Pl.
Survivors in addition to his widow, include three sons. Thorit Teeples, in California and Floyd and Marion Laird Teeples, Salt Lake City; two sisters, Mrs. Eunice McCann, Vaughn, Montana and Mrs. Ella Grice, Globe, Arizona. There are 32 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.

Alonzo Randolph TEEPLES was born on May 10, 1870 in Holden, Millard County, Utah to Harriet Betsy Cook and William Randolph Teeples. He was one of three sons and the only boy to reach manhood. The first son William George, was killed by a falling tree; and another son, David Wolcott, died in infancy.
He appeared in the census on 20 June 1870 in Holden, Millard County, Utah. (living at home with father and mother.) He appeared in the census in 1880 in Smithfield, Pima County, Arizona. (living with father).
Alonzo married first Sarah Jane Peck October 3, 1888 in Logan, Utah. They had seven children: Marion Laird Goodrich Teeples, Archie Alonzo Teeples, Frances Harriet Teeples, Thorit Alma Teeples, Ivie Sarah Teeples, Floyd Lee Teeples and Eva May Teeples.
Sarah Died December 16, 1927. He second married Laura Violet Goodrich November 1, 1930 in Vernal, Utah. They had one child: Marion Laird Teeples
