Lois Inez Reynolds was born on February 19th 1928 and entered Heaven's gates on April, 17th 2020. She was a resident of Brentwood, Tennessee and passed away peacefully in her sleep at home. Inez was born and raised near Fayetteville, Tennessee but spent most of her adult life in and around Nashville. For many years, she worked as a secretary for American Linen Supply Company.
Inez was the daughter of Robert and Bessie Fanning Farmer, step-daughter to Ina Farmer and the devoted wife of Willis J. (Stoby) Reynolds for the last 69 years. She is preceded in death by her brother Ernest Farmer. Inez will forever be lovingly remembered by her half-sister Shirley Steelman, half-brothers Joe Farmer and Charles Farmer, sister-in-law Fledra Farmer, nephews Ron Reynolds and Scott Owens, niece Melissa Harned, great-niece Kilie Hartness along with many members of her extended family, neighbors and friends who were blessed to know her.
Inez touched the lives of anyone she met with her gentle nature, compassion, generosity and a sense of humor. She was a faithful member of Forest Hills Baptist Church in Nashville. Due to Corona virus concerns there will be a graveside service for immediate family members only. Thanks for your understanding.
A celebration of life service will be held at a later date to be determined.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Inez's name to: Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
