Frank Jerry Alvarado, 72, of Houston, TX, passed away April 14, 2020. He was born in Houston, TX on October 15, 1947 to Frank Alvarado & Jovita Alvarado . He was married to Margarita R. Alvarado for 19 years. Frank worked as a security officer for Exxon Mobile. He was a member of “Los Pablos” Tejano band, Vincent Cantu & the Nu-Dominoes, “La Zaro y Los Dominantes” and Harris County Sheriff’s office. He had a passion for spreading the Lord’s word, and playing on his saxophone and singing. He loved to try different restaurants and enjoyed grilling. He loved quality time with his loved ones telling stories. He extremely loved traveling in the car with his love Margy whom was by his side till his last breathe.

He was preceded in death by his parents Frank & Jovita Alvarado and his sister Yolanda Alvarado.

He is survived by his wife Margarita Alvarado, son Thomas Alvarado (wife Cyndi), daughter Yvonne Alvarado (husband Randy), son JJ Deese (wife Liz), daughter Paola Gonzalez (husband Oscar), daughter Maura Orona (husband Blas) and son Victor “Junior” Gonzalez. Jerry has 11 grandchildren; Sydney, Allison, Sylvia, Tommy, Mackenzie, John, Cheyanne, Connor, Matias, Stephanie and Daniel “Danny”. Jerry also leaves behind his brother Donald Alvarado and sister Norma Cazares, Thelma Zapata, Frances Marek and Belinda Alvarado Evans.
