She was a homemaker and of the Methodist Faith.
Mary Jo enjoyed sewing, cooking, artwork, crafts and making dolls and jewelry.
She is survived by five children and spouses: Peggy and Greg Rigdon of Campbellsville, Debbie and Wayne Johnson of Louisville, Bert, Jr and Carol Sneed, Steve and Leda Sneed and Shelby and Andrea Bea Sneed all of Macon, Georgia; a brother: Wilber Wooley and wife Jerrie of Louisville; twelve grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Bertron Sneed, a grandchild and eight siblings: Myrtle Morris, Opal Tungate, Annie Perkins, Lucille Wood, Nellie Tungate, Roy Wooley, Shirley Wooley and William “Bill” Wooley.
Mrs. Sneed will be laid to rest beside her husband in the Tallow Creek Cemetery at Mannsville.
