Locally, he worked at Clearwater Golf Park. He was an avid golfer and a member of the golf park's Men's Association. Survivors include his wife, Virginia; a son, Robert, Oldsmar a daughter, Joan Haven, San Rafael, Calif.; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home, Clearwater.
