Mrs. Louisa Richardson Dies Twenty Four Hours After Stroke --
Mrs. Louisa Richardson of south Main street was stricken with apoplexy early Friday morning and died twenty-four hours later without having regained consciousness. She had been in he(sic) usual health up to the time of the stroke.
She was past seventy-four years old and the wife of Wm. Richardson who died in 1901 since which time she has resided in Sheridan. One son J. T. survives.
The funeral was conducted at Big Springs Monday afternoon by Elder Jones with burial at Jones cemetery. (Sheridan News - Fri., July 26, 1912, pg. 4)

Louisa Jones, daughter of John & Mary Jones was born in Rush county Ind. Dec. 4, 1837 was married to Wm. Richardson Sept. 23, 1872 and moved on the farm where they lived until the death of her husband which occurred June 11, 1901. She moved to Sheridan soon after and lived there until she died. July 20, 1912, at the age of 74 years 7 months and 16 days.
Two sons lived to maturity, one, Asa F. preceded her to the great beyond.
She was converted to Christ in her early girlhood........ (Sheridan News - Fri., July 26, 1912, pg. 4)
