Jon Zachary Smith, 32 of Grayson died Monday, April 13, 2020. Zac was born October 26, 1987 a son of Michael (Jennifer) Smith of Grayson and Lisa (Fred) Riffe of Ashland, KY. Zac was self-employed. He was preceded in death by a sister, Lauren Nicole Smith, his paternal grandfather, John Smith. In addition to his parents he is survived by three step-sisters, Tawana Elkins of Flatwoods, Carrie Riffe of Wheelersburg, OH and Lexie Riffe of Rush, KY; paternal grandmother, Verna Smith of Grayson; maternal grandparents, David and Barbara Richardson Fultz of Grayson; aunt, Jennifer Fultz; cousin, Nicholas Fultz; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Services will be conducted at Smith-Claxon Cemetery at a later date. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, services will be private.
