Allard, Mrs., Lila Marie Muskegon Mrs. Lila Marie Allard, age 88, passed away peacefully Thursday, April 2, 2015 surrounded by her family. She was born in Muskegon, Michigan on March 14, 1927 to Charles & Mabel (Anderson) Tyler and married Raymond Allard on June 8, 1946. Lila was a long time member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church. Mrs. Allard had been employed by Mona Shores Public Schools during the 1970's. She and her husband helped start the Mona Shores Athletic Booster Club. One of Lila's proudest accomplishments was establishing the Allard Memorial Golf Scramble in honor and in memory of her late husband, Ray. For over 19 years, proceeds from this event have supported local cancer centers and their patients. She was a member and past club champion of Oak Ridge Golf Club and MELGA-Muskegon Elks Ladies Golf Association. She recorded 3 holes-in-one in her lifetime. It could be said that Lila loved golf as much as she loved life and her family. SURVIVORS Children, Charles Allard, Joseph (Linda) Allard, Rev. Bradley Allard, Stephen (Bonnie) Allard, Rochelle (Greg) Anderson; grandchildren, Corey, Chris, Kyle, Lindsey, Brent, Kelley, Casey, Matthew, Erica, Justin, Jason & Alaina; great grandchildren, Hayden, Cameron, Ryan, Caroline, Addison, Cooper, Jaedyn, Peyton, & Carson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray in 1995; grandson, Joshua Hall in 1987; and brothers, Edwin, Ken; sister, Evelyn.
