Mrs. Marilyn Marie DiMarco Rhodes, 66, of the Bertha Community of Dale County died Saturday, April 11, 2020 at her home with her family present.

Family graveside services will be held in New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery with Reverend William Hart officiating, Holman Funeral Home and Cremations of Ozark directing. Condolences may be expressed at www.HolmanFuneralHome.com

Mrs. Rhodes was born July 22, 1953 in New Orleans, Louisiana to the late Anthony Joseph DiMarco and Leona Horton DiMarco. She worked for over 20 years as a Licensed Practical Nurse and enjoyed caring for the elderly. Mrs. Rhodes also enjoyed working with flowers and crafts. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Margaret Williams; and two brothers, Butch Carl and William Carl.

Survivors include her husband of 21 years, Frank Rhodes of the Bertha Community; two sons, Ron Flowers of Union Springs and Clayton Flowers of Birmingham; two sisters, Shirley Brown (Charles) of Daphne, and Lena Freeman (Danny) of Slocomb; one brother, Anthony Joseph DiMarco, Jr. (Becky) of Ponchatoula, Louisiana. One grandchild, several nieces and nephews also survive.
