Janet was born November 24, 1950 in Elwood, Indiana, the daughter of Charles and Jeanann (Fecher) Flowers, and came with her family in 1958 to Connersville. She was a 1969 graduate of Connersville High School.
Janet was married to Dudley Gragg. Mr. Gragg preceded her in death. Later, she was married to Charles Hughett. Mr. Hughett also preceded her in death.
Survivors include her mother, Jeanann Meek, of Connersville; her siblings, Scott Meek of Connersville, Jerry (Pam) Northern of Connersville, Sarah (Joe) Becker of Connersville, and Scott (Melissa) Flowers of West Fort Myers, Florida; an aunt, Dorothy Shepard of Atlanta, Indiana; step-children, Jim Gragg of Connersville, George Gragg and Sherry Grass, both of Shelbyville; and a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Janet is preceded in death by her husbands, Dudley Gragg and Charles Hughett, her father, Charles Flowers, step-mother, Nora Flowers, her sister, Sue Ann Waddell, who passed away April 1, 2020, and a step-daughter, Mary Smith.
Interment will be held at Lick Creek Cemetery.
