She was born April 30, 1936, to Lavelle and Imogene Elliott, and was the wife of Kenneth Offutt. She was a member of Lady of The Lake Catholic Church, Lake Havasu City, Arizona, and its Rosary group. Ruth enjoyed interior design.
Ruth is survived by her son, K. Daniel (Linda) Offutt of Lake Havasu, Arizona; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
She also leaves behind her sister, Carol (Don) Theobald of Greensburg, Indiana.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Kenneth.
Graveside services at Riverside Cemetery will be conducted on Thursdya, November 8, 2018 at 11 a.m. Schaffer Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
