"Ann Blankenship, 72, of Scottsville, KY passed away Friday, April 10, 2020 at the Medical Center at Scottsville. The Scottsville, KY native was a homemaker, former babysitter and member of Foundation Baptist Church. She was a daughter of the late J. D. Medley and Sarah Elizabeth Meador Medley.
She is survived by her husband: Richard Blankenship, Scottsville, KY;
2 sons: Rickey Joe Blankenship and wife, Faye, and Sam Blankenship and wife, Lisa, all of Scottsville, KY;
1 daughter: Angel Blankenship, Scottsville, KY;
2 brothers: Darrell Medley and Bill Medley, both of Fountain Run, KY;
11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson.
She was preceded in death by 1 son: Randy Wayne Blankenship; 1 granddaughter: Tara Jo Blankenship and 1 sister: Polly Ann Medley.
There will be a drive-thru for friends at family at Goad Funeral Home on Monday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Private funeral service will be conducted by Bro. Larry Emery at Goad Funeral Home with private burial to follow in Allen County Memorial Gardens. "
