Roger B. Watts age 72, of 227 John Phillips Rd., Cedartown, passed away on Friday, July 27th, 2007 following a brief illness. Mr. Watts was born on August 7, 1934 in Polk Co., to the late Spurgeon C. & Jimmie Lou Jones Watts. He was a U. S. Army veteran and was retired from the Hardware Industry. He was Co-Owner & Operator of Watts & Wallace Hardware Company and had also served in management at the old Hale Manufacturing Co. Mr. Watts was a member of the Union Grove Baptist Church and attended Southside Baptist Church. In addition to his Parents, he was also preceded in death by a son, Michael Roger Watts. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Jackie Gilliam Watts of Cedartown. His Daughter & Son in law, Leah & Keith Redden of Cedartown, His Grandchildren, Alec Redden & Alyse Redden. His Sisters, Eloise Mckibben of Felton, Louise Connell of Cedartown, Katherine Worsham of Cedartown, Shelma & Verlon Stewart of Cedartown, & Faye & Wayne Hindman of Kennesaw. Brother, Roy & Janice Watts also of Cedartown. A number of Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces & Great Nephews also survive. Funeral services for Mr. Roger B. Watts will be conducted on Sunday, July 29th, 2007 at 2:oo p.m. from the Chapel of the Litesey Funeral Home with Dr. James Guy and Rev. Patrick Latham officiating. Interment will follow from the Polk Memory Gardens, with a Flag presentation conducted by the Brewster-Cleveland Post 86 Flag Detail. The Family will receive Friends on Saturday, July 28th, 2007 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the Litesey Funeral Home. At other times the Family may be contacted at the residence of his Daughter & Son in law, Leah & Keith Redden at 47 Cherokee Fairways, Cedartown, Ga., 30125. Flowers will be accepted or memorial Contributions can be made to a Church or Charity of one's choice in memory of Mr. Watts. The Lester C.
