Roger was born June 21, 1949 in Scherr, W.V.
In addition to his parents, Roger was preceded in death by four brothers, Richard, Robert, James and Russell Pennington; five sisters, Shirley Sowers, Betty Hoover, Eleanor Varner, Sherry Charlton and Wilma Avila.
Roger is survived by three sons, Roger Lee Pennington, Jr., Trevor Knight and Adam Moyers; three daughters, Tabitha, Tammy and Ashley Pennington. He is also survived by his sister Linda Pennington of Petersburg, W.V. and several nieces and nephews.Roger was a self - employed painter and was a Rebel Soul at Heart. He was Methodist by Faith.
Due to the present health concerns, there will be no public visitation. All services will be private.
According to Roger’s wishes, his body will be cremated and a Memorial Service will be scheduled at a later date.
