"Annette Rodgers was born on April 3, 1961. She passed away while at home surrounded by family on April 8, 2020, after a valiant battle with cancer.


She married Johnny Wayne Rodgers in February 1985, in Gonzales, Texas.


She is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Johnny Rodgers, her mother Sharon Mullins, and other family members including J.R. Rodgers and wife Theresa, Yvonne Rodgers, A.J., Brianna, Allen and Mekala. She is also survived by brother in laws, David Rodgers and wife Lana, Vance Rodgers and wife Diane, Wesley Hubbard; sister in laws, Jackie Clifton and husband Robbie, Bonnie Hazelett, and Deborah Rodgers, plus many nephew and nieces.


She faithfully attended the Grace Primitive Baptist Church where she always met everyone with an endearing smile, a hug, and inquiring how they were feeling regardless of how bad she might me feeling at the time.


Committal services will be at the Lockhart City Cemetery pavilion at 2:00 PM on April 10, 2020 with Vance Rodgers officiating."
