Joseph A. Frazier of O’Fallon, MO, passed away Thursday, April 2, 2020, at the age of 82. Loving husband for 60 years to Leanne Frazier (nee Hogenmiller); beloved son of the late Gilbert and Alvina Frazier; son-in-law of the late Herbert and Juanita Hogenmiller; father of the late Mary Jo; and devoted father of Steven (Trish) Frazier, Gregg (Kathleen) Frazier, and Lisa (Thomas) Billadeau; cherished grandfather, Andrea, Kayla, Maggie Jo, Joe, Brennan, Jessica, Elizabeth; Nick and Leah; treasured great-grandfather of Riley Frazier, and new baby Frazier is arriving any day; dear brother of Barbara Genco and Linda (Mike) Petruska; uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Joe was a member of Immaculate Conception of Dardenne Catholic Church. Joe proudly served his country in the Unites States Army. Joe took pride in being a Pipe Fitter and a member of the Local 562 Union Hall. He was a retired member that served 55 years. Joe is also preceded in death by Buddy (Shih Tzu), his best friend and dog of 15 years. Family meant the world to Joe, and he will always be dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Services: A Memorial Service will be announced at a later date. Memorials may be made in Joe’s name to the Alzheimer's Association.
