Marie A. Reed, 68, of Ferguson Valley Road, McVeytown, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, April 7, 2020, at Geisinger-Lewistown Hospital.

Born March 31, 1952, in McVeytown, she was a daughter of the late Walter R. and Geraldine M. (Shehan) Wagner. Her husband, Larry D. Reed Sr., whom she married Feb. 14, 1974, preceded her in death Jan. 21, 2019.

Surviving are: a son, Larry D. Reed Jr., of McVeytown; five siblings, Dorothy McKnight and husband, David, of McVeytown, Mary Wagner of McVeytown, James Wagner and wife, Amy, of Huntingdon, Lee Wagner, of McVeytown, and Hulda McCartle and husband, Herb, of McVeytown.

Preceding her in death was a brother, William Wagner; and an infant sister, Ruth Wagner.

She retired from Hanover Foods in Centre Hall with 45 years of service.

Marie was a nature lover and enjoyed going for walks in the woods.

Private interment will be in Spring Run Cemetery in McVeytown.
