Born August 9, 1957 in Hinton, she was the daughter of the late Don Glen Sr. and Gladys Imogene Adkins Ratliff.
Kippy was a 1977 graduate of Hinton High School and was a beautician. She attended New Hope Church of the Nazarene in Hinton.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Sharon Kay Ratliff.
Survivors include a son, Patrick Plumley of Beckley; four brothers, Don Ratliff, Jr. of Beckley, Roger Louie Ratliff and Bobbie D. “Buzz” Ratliff, both of Hinton and Brian K. “Bleak” Ratliff of Charleston, SC; one sister, Cindy Carol McInnis of Leaksville, MS. One grandson, Lyric J. Plumley.
Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday March 3, 2020 at New Hope Church of the Nazarene in Hinton with Pastor Eddie Crews officiating.
