Nicholas Maurice Horton, 23, of Franklin, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, April 19, 2015. Nicholas was born on March 20, 1992 in Lenoir North Carolina. A 2011 graduate of Franklin High School, Nick loved hanging out with his many dear friends. He enjoyed skateboarding and walking. He was also a talented artist. Nicks family and friends will miss his selfless, funny and compassionate personality. Nicholas is survived by his loving mother Cheryl Ann Frazio of Franklin, formerly of Mansfield, his brothers Matthew Thomas of Hogansburg, NY, formerly of Franklin, Cory Thomas of Franklin, Alex Horton of Franklin, and a sister, Somaria Davis of Hickory, NC. He is also survived by his grandparents, Virginia and Richard Frazio, his cousins Graham, Carly, and Gabriella Cullenberg, Dillon Card, and Sean Daniels, also his aunts, uncles, and all his friends. Nicholas is also survived by his birth parents Tonia Paige and Kevin Horton and loving family members in North Carolina. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral Mass, Monday April 27th at 10 AM in St. Marys Church, 1 Church Sq., Franklin. Interment is private. Calling hours at the Charles F. Oteri & Son Franklin Funeral Home, 33 Cottage St., are Sunday April 26th from 1 | 4 PM.
