She was born on August 12, 1929 in Grape Creek, Texas to L, W. and Fannie Elizabeth Kolb.
Maxine married Louis Marion (Bud) Harvey on January 27, 1945 and had 4 children.
She was a proud member of Lifepoint Baptist Church and had a passion for family, flowers, and birds.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bud; her parents; sisters, Revenna, Ruby, Louise, and Winnie Mae; and brother, Harold.
She is survived by a sister, Lillian Neal, of California; a brother, Douglas Kolb (wife Ann) of Lockhart, TX; children, Shelia Marie Granger (husband Jim) of Goodview, VA, Roy Dean Harvey (wife Glenda) of San Angelo, TX, Harold Louis (H.L.) Harvey (wife, Beverly) of San Angelo, TX, and Elizabeth Gail Gee (husband Jerry) of Garland, TX; 11 grandchildren and numerous great- and great-great grandchildren.
Due to the current Coronavirus pandemic limited viewing will be held at Johnson Funeral Home, San Angelo, TX, on Thursday, April 9th, from 4-8pm. Private graveside services will be held at Grape Creek Cemetery on Friday, April 10, 2020.
