It is with regret we announce the passing of Mrs. Linda Sue Holly Barnes, age 73, of Fayetteville, TN. Linda was born on July 14, 1946 in Giles Co., TN to the late Willie and Gladys Fulton Holley. She passed away on April 7, 2020 at Lincoln Medical Center.
Mrs. Barnes was a graduate of the Boonshill School and a member of Beech Grove United Methodist Church. She dearly loved her church family and spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband of 47 years, Thomas Henry Barnes; son, Thomas Henry (Debra) Barnes, II of Fayetteville; grandchildren, Zachary (Ryleigh) Barnes, Hannah (Michael) Lamarea, and Nicholas Barnes; great-grandchildren, John Luke Barnes and Jordy Barnes; nephew, Travis (Elizabeth) Holley; and a great-nephew, Troy Holley. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Barnes was preceded in death by a brother, Billy Holley.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic there will be no public gathering at this time. A life celebration will be held at a later date. The family invites you to share memories at higginsfh.com.
