In 1870, the couple lived in Warren County, Tennessee, District 13. Joining them is their young daughter Priscilla, age 1, and Mary's younger brother Joseph Robards/sic, age 15. Following the family to 1880 indicates that they still live in Warren County, Distict 13: M.C. Jones, 32... Mollie ,33... Perzillie, 11... Dovie, 5... his mother Vina, 60.
I cannot discover what happened to Mary Jane after the 1880 Warren County census. I do not know if she was living when her daughter Priscilla married Lee Marcrum in 1884, Warren County, TN nor if she witnessed her daughter Dovie's marriage to Shelah Allen in 1891, Warren County... perhaps in time, the answers will be known.
