She was born on November 19, 1926 in Cavanaugh community, Arkansas to Lora (Crews) Jones and William Jones and passed away on April 5, 2020 in Roland, Oklahoma. She was married to William Lee Osborne on March 22, 1947 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He preceded her in death on November 16, 2011. Mrs. Osborne was a homemaker and member of Zion Missionary Baptist Church.
