Glenn Erwin Wallace, 70, of Ocean Springs, Mississippi died on April 5, 2020 in Ocean Springs.

Glenn was born on February 1, 1950 in Columbus, Georgia and had lived in Ocean Springs since 1977. In his youth, he attended the Marion Military Institute. Glenn was a 1971 graduate of Mississippi State University majoring in Economics.

Glenn served his country in the U.S. Army as a 2nd Lieutenant. He was an avid college and professional football fan rarely missing a game on TV. He loved researching things on the computer and sharing his knowledge and findings.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Evelyn Scarborough Wallace and Oscar Wallace. Glenn’s survivors include his siblings, Sharon A. Wallace Hinsley (Larry) of Tallahassee, FL, Kenny A. Wallace (Julie) of Ashland City, TN and Pamela O. Wallace Kelly (Jerry) of Freeport, FL.; and one uncle, Ferris Scarborough (Ramona) of Hamilton, GA. He will be remembered also by his nieces and nephews, Laura K. Hinsley Rabakon (Michael) and Amy L. Hinsley of Austin, TX, Nathan Kelly (Kelsey) of Freeport, FL and Jonathan Kelly (Shannon) of Woodstock, GA; and grandnieces and nephews, Evelyn Rose and Robin Kelly, Ridley Kelly and Russell A. Mann.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Glenn Wallace’s visitation on Wednesday, April 8, 2020 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm followed by a 2:00 pm service is limited to 10 people at a time at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Porter Avenue in Ocean Springs, Mississippi.

A private interment will be at Biloxi National Cemetery.
