Virginia Louise Wagner, 82, of Lucasville, passed away Saturday, April 4, 2020 at SOMC Hospice. She was born May 27, 1937 in Portsmouth, a daughter of the late Harold and Edith Bobst Graham. Ginny was a retired Registered Nurse from United States Enrichment Corporation...and the former Mercy Hospital in Portsmouth. She was a 1955 Portsmouth High School graduate and a 1959 Mercy School of Nursing graduate. She was the President of the Mercy School of Nursing Alumni Association and an avid show car buff. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William "Bill" Carlton Wagner, February 11, 2019; on brother, Ray Graham, and one sister, Jean Coriell. Ginny is survived by her daughter, Ellen (James) Horsley of Lucasville; her son, Mark Wagner of New Hampshire; three grandchildren, James Horsley, Larissa Coriell and Chad Horsley; four great-grandchildren, Ashley, Natalie, Caroline and Scarlet; and one sister, Jeanetta Burchett of Minford. Funeral services will be conducted at a later date. Arrangments under the direction of the McKinley Funeral Home in Lucasville, Ohio.
