Seth is survived by his father and step-mother – Stephen & Patsy Smith of Mayfield, KY; mother and step-father – Melissa (Greg) Schell of Kansas City, MO; brother – Nathaniel (Kristen) Smith of Boaz, KY; paternal grandfather - D. Loy Smith of Mayfield, KY and maternal grandmother - Rebecca (Richard) Rhea of Paducah, KY.
Due to the State Mandated order due to the Coronavirus private services will be held. Bro. Mike Hunt will officiate. The Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY is in charge of the arrangements.
