A proud veteran of the US Armed Forces, Mr. Carter served for many years as the treasurer of St. Julian’s parish. He was active as an usher, and as a member of the men’s group and the Vestry. He was a volunteer at the senior center every tax season to help seniors file their returns. He and his wife had a son and a daughter, as well as a grandson.
