Carolyn Bennett Burke, age 65, died Wednesday, November 27, 2013.
She was born in Cook County, a homemaker, and member of Ogeechee Freewill Baptist Church.
Carolyn was a loving, caring mother and loved everyone she met.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p. m. Sunday, December 1, 2013 at Ogeechee Freewill Baptist Church with Revs. E. T. Taylor, Butch Taylor, and, David Mullins officiating. Burial to follow in the Lewis Church cemetery.
Survivors include her husband, Ray Burke of Millen; 3 daughters, Charlene (Westley) Boykin of Navarre, FL, Annette Carol (Denny) Orr and Cynthia Lynn Burke both of Millen; 4 sisters, Thelma Hammock, Joann Bennett, and Dena Warden all of Adel and Linda Smith of Ocoee, FL; a brother, Billy Bennett of Orlando, FL; and 5 grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Allen Burke, Donnie Burke, Mitchell Orr, Denny Orr, Junior Orr, and Westley Boykin.
Visitation will be 6:00 p. m. until 8:00 p. m. Saturday at Crowe-Fields Funeral Home.
