Her mother, Patricia “Pat” Gipple is of Hicksville, OH. Her father, Ralph Harvey has passed away.
Joan was a homemaker.
She is also survived by a son and 2 daughters, Robert “Rob” C. Woodard II and his wife Brooke of Hicksville, OH, Danielle M. Stinehelfer and her husband Andy of Columbus, OH and Tara B. Woodard of Auburn; 3 grandchildren Brelynn Potchka, Tripp Carwile and Robert C. Woodard III and a brother Ralph “Pork” Gipple of Hicksville, OH.
She was preceded in death by her father, 2 half-sisters, Diane Harvey and Connie Harvey and a half brother, Michael Harvey.
