Born in Orange, NJ on December 12, 1956 to the late Frank and Rhoda (Swenson) Quinn, Jeff grew up in Livingston where he was a longtime member of the Livingston Volunteer Fire Department (rising to the level of captain) and the First Aide Squad. He resided in East Hanover prior to moving to Flanders 25 years ago. He was a Building Mechanic/Electrician for NJ Bell/Verizon prior to his retirement.
Jeff was known for his great sense of humor and enjoyed motorcycles, golf and camping.
Survivors include his twin sister Sharon Quinn, brother Richard Quinn, sister Jodi Ferrio and her husband George and five nieces and nephews.
Jeffrey's Life Celebration Services will include a Memorial Service to be announced in the future. All funeral arrangements are under the care of and entrusted to Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing, NJ.
