Born Nov. 26, 1960, in Lewistown, she was a daughter of the late Martha Schreiber and Frank Schreiber, who survives.
In addition to her father, she is survived by: her husband, Stephen Wade Parker, of New Cumberland; daughter, Rachael Leigh Cunningham, of Arizona; grandson, Sawyer Paul Bradley, of Arizona; brother, Steve Schreiber and wife, Lynn, of Washington; sister, Elizabeth “Betsy” Schreiber; and a nephew, Justice Parrott.
Elaine graduated from Redmond High School, Redmond, Washington, June 13, 1978.
She worked in a broadcast department for a major ministry organization.
Elaine retired from the ministry and loved staying home with the family dogs, Byrdie, Spencer and Daisy. She also loved spending time with her family and taking care of others.
Services are private and held at the convenience of the family.
Interment will take place at Juniata Memorial Park.
Arrangements are under the care of Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Homes, Woodlawn, 200 N. Main St., Lewistown.
