Rebecca Irene Kennedy, 74, passed January 11th 2016 with her family at her side. "Becky" was born in Macomb, Oklahoma, on October 23rd 1941. She loved everyone she met. As a graduate of SFA with a bachelor's degree in Sociology, Becky set an example for children to strive for higher education. Becky was preceded in death by her grandson Kristopher Kennedy. Survived by her loving husband, Clarence Edward Kennedy, and their children and spouses, (Richard and Pamela Davis, Jessie and Karen Salazar, Darlena Hawes, Steven and Amanda Kennedy, Bobby and Margaret Oberlechner, Anthony and Ginger Mobley, and Misty Vasser), 23 grandchildren, (Michael, Holly, Laura, Timothy, Aaron, Katie, Jessie, Rebecca, Ashton, Travis, Johnathan, Jeremy, Katlynn, Tristin, Bradley, Javin, Kaleena, Brett, Michael, Leah, Toni, Heather and Chyanne) as well as 32 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Donna McKee, and her brother David Callaway both of Oklahoma, as well as a multitude of nephews, nieces and extended family members. Memorial held at the home of Clarence Kennedy's, 1313 Myrtle, Jacksonville on Saturday, January the 16th at noon. All welcome, come and celebrate the life of Rebecca. We are assured that Becky has gone on to be with our Lord Jesus.
