Angela Kay Wooten Harris, age 53, of Dry Ridge, passed away suddenly on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood.

She was born to the late J. D. and Gladys Wooten on May 14, 1964 in Anchorage, AK.

Kay was a homemaker who enjoyed knitting, cooking, country music, especially Reba McEntire, and the Cincinnati Red and Bengals.

She is survived by her loving husband of 5 years, Michael “Tim” Harris; daughters Melissa Mason (Nelson) and Amanda Aytes; step children, Jeff Harris (Kim) and Julie Aytes (Michael); brother, Jay Wooten; sister, Rhonda Beckerich (Ken); niece, Alicia Dien; nephews, Keith and Jay Beckerich; grandchildren, Luke Walters, Charlie Davis, Elijah Diop and Madison Mason; step-grandchildren, Dylan and Madison Harris, Kylie, Kendall and Kamden Aytes.

Visitation for Kay will be held from 5PM until 7PM, with the Funeral Service immediately following at 7PM on Monday, November 6, 2017 at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home in Florence.

Memorial donations are suggested to American Cancer Society, Lexington, KY Office 1504 College Way, Lexington, KY 40502.
