Lorraine J. Herzog, 80, of Aurora, a registered nurse, died Jan. 25 in Aurora. Services were Jan. 30 at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel. Interment was in Fort Logan National Cemetery.
She was born June 13, 1921, in Oakland, Calif. On June 7, 1946, she married Paul E. Herzog, who preceded her in death. She was a lieutenant in the Army Nurse Corps from 1945 to 1948. She was a member of Women in Military Service and Presbyterian/St. Luke's Auxiliary. Her hobbies included Scrabble, crocheting and reading.
She is survived by a daughter, Julie, Aurora; three sons, Mike, Northglenn, Paul, Independence, Mo., and Phil, Tyler, Texas; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
