Billy Ray Booher, 32, of Rogers, Ark., passed away March 28, 2020, in Garfield, Ark. He was born Dec. 29, 1987 in Rogers, Ark., to Jimmy Dale and Maxine Tate Booher.

Billy was a 2006 graduate of Rogers High School, vice president of Booher Construction, and a member of First Baptist Church in Lowell, Ark. He enjoyed doing things with his family and being a father to his boys. Billy loved to be on Beaver Lake, camping, boat racing, and being with friends. He was passionate about helping others.

Billy was preceded in death by grandparents Otis [Odas] (FAG #6316585) and Janet (FAG #6316590) Booher. He is survived by his wife, Tory Lea Booher and sons Alec and Avery, all of the home, his parents, his twin, Bobby Booher (Lindsay), and additional siblings Susan Templeton (Trent) and Dean Booher, all of Rogers, Ark. Also surviving are his grandparents, Beverly and Earl Fine and Herbert Tate, uncle David Booher, aunts Pat Lovell and Karen Goldbaum, nephews Lance and Luke Booher and Max, Miles, and Ezra Templeton, and many cousins.

Visitation will be Wed., April 1, 2020 from 1-7 pm at Benton County Funeral Home, 306 No. 4th St., Rogers, Ark. Graveside services will be Sat., April 4, 2020 at 1pm at Oak Grove Cemetery, Rogers, Ark.
