Phillip Wayne “Phil” Kelley, age 76 of Edinburg, passed away Saturday, February 1, 2020, at his home.
He was born June 13, 1943, in Big Springs, West Virginia to parents Lovie (Richards) and Hollie Kelley. Phil retired from General Motors Lordstown Plant after 30 years of employment in 2003. He was a dedicated member of New Testament Baptist Church.

Phil loved the outdoors, especially traveling back to Calhoun County, West Virginia, where he’d hunt, fish, camp, and ride four wheelers. He was well known for his horse shoe and corn hole skills, and never turned down a game of Euchre.

Phil is survived by his beloved wife Robyn (Getz) Kelley; his children: Dolores (Damon) Rattini, Michael (Elizabeth) Kelley, Kevin (Brandy) Kelley, Daniel (Lindsay) Young, and Felicia (Ryan) Seymour; his grandchildren: Michael (Krista) Kelley, Zachary Kelley, Gage Rattini, Hollie Young, and Danny Lee Young, as well as great-grandson Owen Rattini. Phil is also survived by his siblings, Janice Novak, Lucy (Ed) Hill, and Bill (Becky) Collins, along with many loving nieces and nephews.

Phil was preceded in death by his father Hollie Kelley, his mother and step-father Lovie and Grover Collins, and his first wife Velda Kelley.

Friends and family will be received Thursday, February 6, 2020, from 4:00 – 6:00 PM, with funeral services officiated by Pastor Bob Burgess at 6:00 PM at the Wood-Kortright-Borkoski Funeral Home, 703 E. Main St., Ravenna. Interment will take place on Friday at 1:00 PM at Big Springs Cemetery in West Virginia.
