Carletta Witt Chilton, 75, of Maiden passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2020 at Carolina Caring in Newton.
She was born March 23, 1945 in Rockingham County to the late Nick and Nannie Hancock Witt. Carletta, lovingly known as Granny to her grandchildren, loved spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Chilton; brother, Bob Witt and sisters, Brenda Kallam, Launda Witt, Nancy Spangler and Betty Jean Witt.
