MINEOLA, Mo. — Jerry Dean Doyle, 62, of Mineola passed away Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2007, at Harry S. Truman V.A. Hospital in Columbia, Mo.
Mr. Doyle was born in Santa Paula, Calif., on June 11, 1945, the son of Herman and Ruby Maxwell Doyle.
He served in the Army and worked for GDX Automotive before retirement.
He was the husband of Donna Throgmorton Doyle. They were married Dec. 31, 1969, in St. Louis. She survives in Mineola.
He is also survived by his mother, Ruby Doyle of Strawberry; daughters, Nancy Anger and husband Chris of Southgate, Mich., Julie Bethel and husband Rick of Montgomery City, Mo., and Amanda Hillebrand and husband John of High Hill, Mo.; son, Jeremy Doyle and wife Sarah of New Florence, Mo.; sister, Barbara Clinton and husband Wayne of Santa Paula; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Don and Irma Throgmorton of Montgomery City; and nine grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father and nephew.
Funeral services will be held in Mineola Baptist Church at Mineola at 11 a.m. Saturday with the Rev. Jim Cline officiating. Burial will be in Mount Horeb Cemetery.
Visitation will be Friday from 4-8 p.m. in Baker-Toedtmann-Grosse Funeral Home at New Florence.
