Dr. Charles Lee Vaughn, 72, went to be with the Lord on March 17, 2020.
Dr. Charles was born Sept. 6, 1947, to Wanda Mae and Lee Vaughn. He was a graduate 1967 Anderson High School, Anderson College, social worker of Erie, Pennsylvania, ordained minister and founder of Hebrew 11:3 Ministry. Dr. Charles enjoyed walking, jazz, classical music and loved sharing the gospel.
Dr. Charles is survived by his son, Christopher Vaughn; daughters, Porshe Vaughn Osborn, Noel Vaughn; brothers, Raymond (Diane) Patterson, Anthony Vaughn; sisters, Lucienne Glazebrook, the Rev. Dr. Anita (Alonza) Jack, Wanda Medley, Stephanie Vaughn; and a host of family and friends.
Dr. Charles was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Philip Vaughn; uncles, Charles Newsom, Frank Newsom, George Newsom and William Newsom.
Memorial service will be at a later date.
