Larry Clayton Wallace, 72, of Olive Branch, MS, passed away peacefully at his home on March 15, 2020. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Coleman Funeral Home (6815 Parkview Blvd, Olive Branch, MS). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Seventh Day Adventist Church (10469 College Road, Olive Branch, MS) Interment will follow at Blocker Cemetery. Coleman Funeral Home of Olive Branch is in charge of arrangements. Larry Wallace was born on March 21, 1947 in Olive Branch, MS. He was a 1965 graduate of Olive Branch High School. Larry was a Mason. He enjoyed football, (especially Ole Miss), fishing, hunting, John Wayne movies and watching cooking shows on the Food Network channel. Larry Wallace leaves behind his wife, Karen Wallace of Olive Branch, MS; daughter, Angie (Ron) Schwake of Tupelo, MS; son, Rodney (Gina) Wallace of Ingrams Mill, MS; daughter, Jeannie (Michael) Moody of Olive Branch; son, Jimmy (Emily) Wallace of Olive Branch; sister, Helen Patrick of Olive Branch; brothers, Wayne Wallace of Olive Branch, Billy Wallace of Memphis, TN, Tommy Wallace of Olive Branch, and Johnny Wallace; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Mr. Wallace was preceded in death by his parents, Rosie and James B. Wallace; sisters, Melba Philen and Peggy Williams; brothers, Max, Hassel and Maurice Wallace. Donations and memorials in honor of Larry Clayton Wallace may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
